Press Release: Sills makes his Mark again in Coventry |
|
A Coventry property expert is once more on the top of the pile after completing another deal which will see a select range of new homes created in the city. Shortland Horne director Mark Sills has completed a third deal in the area involving national pub and restaurant operator Mitchells & Butlers. He was involved from start to finish in a transaction which saw local homebuilder O’Flanagan Homes purchase the former Hawthorn Tree pub on Broad Lane from the company. Sills has also played a key role in working with the builder’s planning team in order to get a change of use on the site to allow the homebuilder to create a mix of family properties. He said: “I am extremely pleased to have played a key role in bringing this opportunity forward. “I have worked with Mitchells & Butlers and O’Flanagans in the past and, once again, everything went very smoothly. Bringing these two parties together proved to be ideal for this project. “That has led to some very exciting plans for new houses in the area which I believe represent exactly what discerning purchasers are looking for in a home.” Work is now underway on site on the collection of visually striking high specification homes, which have been designed with an art-deco feel – in-keeping with the former pub – even incorporating a small gated rear courtyard. Danny O’Flanagan, of O’Flanagan Homes, said: “This is a great site and it has been great to work with Mark again to bring it forward. “We are on site now and the footings are going in and we will look to begin sales early in the New Year. “The homes have been specifically designed for this site being set behind deep grass verges and hedgerows. They are traditional two-storey, predominantly detached family homes and we believe they will be very popular and expect there to be significant interest. “Prospective purchasers can register their interest with Shortland Horne straight away.” For more information contact Shortland Horne on 024 7622 0444.
