Press Release: Shortland Horne will help grow sales at Barratt’s Bluebell |
|
Homebuyers are being attracted to a major regeneration project in Nuneaton after one of the UK’s leading homebuilders appointed Coventry and Warwickshire-based new homes specialists Shortland Horne to sell the properties.
The opening phase at Barratt Homes’ Bluebell development has been released for sale and the first properties have been sold off-plan. They will be ready for occupation in June.
Shortland Horne, which is the leading seller of new homes in the region, is selling the two, three and four-bedroom homes from £99,500 and part exchange is available at the development.
The scheme, in Queen Elizabeth Road, is also approved as a homebuy direct development, which assists first-time buyers in purchasing, as the Government and developer put forward up to 30 per cent as an equity loan to help buyers gain a mortgage.
A marketing suite will be unveiled in May and, until then, potential purchasers are advised to contact Shortland Horne to register their interest.
Laura Shortland, a director of Shortland Horne, said: “We are delighted to be working with Barratt Homes in Nuneaton.
“Over recent years, we have become a very established name in the new homes market in Nuneaton – selling hundreds of properties for developers.
“This development will prove to be very popular with first time buyers and families with children looking to move up the ladder.
“There has already been very healthy interest in Bluebell and that has resulted in ten sales, which is a very impressive start and we believe we will add to that significantly before the first completions in June.”
Homes currently on release range from the two-bedroom coach house ‘Chadwick’ home which is priced at £99,500 up to a four-bedroom ‘Wedgknock’ at £157,500.
Laura added: “The homes are being finished to a very high standard and this is fantastic for the regeneration of this area of Nuneaton.
“Barratt Homes have worked really hard to create attractive street scenes and outstanding homes at the same time as making them very good value for money.
“Purchasers will also be able to benefit from an assisted move scheme which speeds up the process of moving into their new property and helps to sell their existing property.”
