Press Release: Restaurants at Work signs contract with Sanctuary Group

Contract caterers Restaurants at Work has signed a new three year deal to provide catering services for UK leading housing provider, Sanctuary Group at the organisation’s head office in Worcester.

As part of the contract, Epsom-based Restaurants at Work will provide staff and hospitality catering services to around 300 Sanctuary employees.

Stephen Pilkington, business development director of Restaurants at Work, said: “We have taken on the role with a view to improving the quality and service of catering operations for Sanctuary, including food for staff and visitors to the head office at hospitality events.

“Sanctuary recognised in us our commitment to using quality, fresh food and to providing a varied menu which makes the most of available ingredients and is also efficient and convenient for staff.

“The staff restaurant has been rebranded and we have introduced a number of additional services, including a salad and deli bar, which were the kinds of things that were highlighted by us at site visits and by our client as an important part of the package.

June Cardall, Sanctuary’s Corporate Facilities Manager said: “With nearly 300 staff at Worcester, it makes clear business sense to have catering services provided on site.

“Restaurants at Work are providing a healthy and nutritious range of food to suit all tastes and staff feedback has been very positive.

“It seems that our new caterers have the recipe for success as we are seeing a significant increase in the number of staff using our restaurant facilities.”
