Position Changes at hfa Enhance Client Service

AKRON, Ohio (March 22, 2010) – hfa (Hitchcock Fleming & Associates Inc.) works with its associates to find career paths that are best matched to their passions and skills, thus better serving its clients.  Recently three associates within the marketing communications firm located in Akron, Ohio, have changed positions and one new associate has joined the team.  

Geoff Crowe’s title has changed from graphic specialist to designer.  He has also joined the creative department, where his ten years of design experience help him blur the lines between traditional print and emerging digital media.  After spending five years with Element Skateboards in Los Angeles, Crowe returned to Akron in 2001 and co-founded Square Records in the eclectic Highland Square neighborhood, where he also lives.  In his free time, Crowe designs posters and record covers for bands, including Akron’s own The Black Keys.

Jason Craig’s title has changed from account manager to interactive project manager.  He develops and maintains innovative interactive, online marketing and communications programs in conjunction with the account team.  By leveraging knowledge of web and interactive solutions, Craig makes recommendations based on best practices, manages projects and executes ongoing interactive initiatives.  Craig works on accounts such as Glidden, Louisiana Pacific, LIQUID NAILS Adhesive and KraftMaid.  His eight years of experience at hfa, knowledge of account service and data analysis, and certification in Google analytics aid him in his new position. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and resides in Cuyahoga Falls.

Jason Holm joins hfa as a web developer.  In his new position, Holm utilizes a diverse range of past experiences in newspaper advertising design, auto accessory and insurance marketing and educational software development.  Holm is responsible for website and banner ad development, flash and HTML programming and graphics.  Holm has received two Kansas Associated Collegiate Press Awards, the first in 1997 for Comic Strip and Photo Illustration and the second in 1998 for Freehand Illustration and Special Section Design.  He resides in Barberton with his wife and children.

John Hochberg’s title has changed from assistant account manager to assistant interactive project manager.  In his new role, Hochberg assists with interactive projects on accounts such as Carter Lumber, Akron General, LIQUID NAILS Adhesive, Icynene and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.  He holds bachelor’s degrees in marketing management and sales management from the University of Akron.  Hochberg resides in Stow.
