Press Release: New home for construction firm Rok

New home for construction firm Rok
Bosses at a construction firm were so pleased with the quality of one its building projects that it has decided to move in.
National maintenance and build experts Rok have relocated to a new base at Pavilion House in Tournament Court, Warwick – a building the company constructed itself under its previous guise of Sol Construction.
The company, which was previously based just two miles away on the Coventry Road, decided to relocate its 30-strong workforce to the two-storey 3,063 sq ft building where it hopes to continue its growth.
Hania Knox, business development executive at Rok, said: “The layout of these new offices suits our needs much more than our previous location – they also project a professional image to our clients.
“It was not really possible for us to alter the internal set-up at our old building so moving to these offices resolved all of our issues.
“We are always looking to expand our workforce when opportunities present themselves and we have the capacity to do that here at Tournament Court.”
Rok will specialise in smaller building schemes, maintenance and service work in the area. The company will also be working closely with local clients such as Warwickshire County Council, Warwick District Council, University of Warwick and Coventry University.
Two Leamington based property firms – Wareing & Company and EHB Commercial – arranged the deal to move Rok to Tournament Court
Paul Ludlow, of Tournament Fields developer Sackville Developments Ltd, said: “It really is a homecoming for Rok, and pleasing that we have been able to help attract a company of Rok’s stature to the site.
“It is a ringing endorsement of the quality of the development at Tournament Court and we are sure they will be very happy here.”
In order to showcase its new home to its customers Rok hosted an open day at the new headquarters, in Tournament Fields, which was well attended by clients and neighbouring businesses.
Sackville has already created more than 85,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation at the 52 acre site and has consent for three further headquarters totalling more than 70,000 sq ft.
Tournament Fields is in an unrivalled location just off Junction 15 of the M40 and a short drive from Warwick town centre. The prime business location is quickly establishing itself as one of the most prestigious business parks in the region.
