A Coventry-based company and UK leader in providing improvement programmes for businesses will be giving advice to senior figures within public sector organisations at a government conference in London.

Simon Champion, the Managing Director of KM&T, is a keynote speaker at the Lean Government event at Central Hall in Westminster on Wednesday, September 30.

He will be addressing the invited audience on how KM&T has successfully introduced “Lean Thinking Systems” into the public and private sectors and will outline their unique approach that has delivered sustainable and financial benefits into this sector.

The methodology uses proven tools and techniques which have improved efficiency, safety and financial performance in a vast range of industrial and service sectors across the world.
