Press Release: Hired Hands Inc. Homecare Prepares for Growth with New Vice President Position and New Napa Director

NOVATO, CALIF. — Hired Hands Inc. has taken steps to grow by promoting Erin Winter to Vice President of Operations and hiring V. Lynn Cox of EMPower Eldercare Management, LLC in Sonoma as Director of its Napa office.

Vice President of Operations is a new position for the family owned company, which has offices in Novato, Napa and Santa Rosa. Erin joins her mother, CEO Lynn Winter, and brother, President Mark Winter, as the third member of the executive team. Erin was previously director of Hired Hands Inc.’s Novato office and started with the company in 1998 as a home care provider.

Erin said: “We plan to open additional offices, starting with Solano County. We currently serve Solano through our Napa office and want to expand that market. My new position allows me to spearhead those efforts. My focus will also be on working with our teams in each office to make sure we have a well oiled machine.”

Cox is a Certified Care Manager who brings to Hired Hands Inc. 20 years of experience in counseling and social services management. As director of the Napa office she is responsible for client relations, staff management, sales, marketing, and overall quality assurance.

Cox said she took the position with Hired Hands Inc., because, “the company shares the same values about senior care that I do; to provide an experience in care and service that will far exceed your expectations.”

Cox will continue to be involved with EMPower, which she started with a group of partners four years ago.
