Press Release: Harrison Beale & Owen add marketing talent

A victim of the recession has found time for both work and family thanks to the accommodating nature of her new employers.
Nicola Morley was made redundant after the property-oriented advertising agency where she was employed suffered as a result of the economic downturn.
But now she has landed a new role as marketing manager for Leamington financial experts Harrison Beale and Owen (HB&O).
Morley, from Beausale in Warwick, will be responsible for promoting the Highdown Road-based firm, which also has offices in Coventry, through a range of targeted marketing activities.
Having spent over 12 years working in advertising for major advertising agencies in Birmingham, Meriden and Bournemouth, the mother-of-two needed a role which allowed her to balance her home and working life more effectively.
HB&O has made this possible by providing flexible working hours and the option to work from home when necessary.
Morley said: “The flexibility of this role is what attracted me and I think Harrison Beale and Owen is quite forward-thinking in that sense.
“Having a family changes everything and it was not possible to go back to that intense working environment.
“I needed a job which could fit around my family life and I feel like I have found the right balance here.
“HB&O is a friendly company and I am very happy to have found a position here which is something different to what I am used to.”
