Press Release: Glass raised at new homes development in Nuneaton

Two local businesses are toasting the early success of a major property conversion in Nuneaton. 
Warwickshire-based Cartwright Homes are carefully converting the Fox & Crane pub, off Weddington Road into apartments a well as creating further new homes on the site.  
In total, the company will create 25 new properties at Grove Park – including everything from apartments to four-bedroom family houses - and already much of the work is complete. 
Nine homes have now been reserved by buyers through Coventry and Warwickshire agents Shortland Horne and the first people have moved into their property. 
Andrew Cartwright of Cartwright Homes said, “We are a local firm and are delighted to be putting this site to good use.
“We are converting the existing pub – which is moving along well – and we are getting very positive feedback on the whole development from buyers and from local people generally.
“This is a great area and we wanted to create homes that would be in keeping with the surroundings and we are very pleased with the results so far.
“The proof of the pudding is always in the eating. We have achieved the first occupation and have two more purchasers moving in this month and the fact that nine other buyers have already reserved homes is the best seal of approval that we could ask for.”
Prices at the development start at £145,000 and go up to £310,000 for a four-bedroom house.
