Persbericht: EPISODE HOTEL IN LEAMINGTON CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY

A thriving Leamington hotel has celebrated its third birthday in style.

Episode Hotel, in Upper Holly Walk, invited guests to its bar to enjoy champagne and canapés to mark the special occasion.

Ian Fergusson bought the hotel in 2006 and, following a complete refurbishment, it was rebranded as Episode Hotel, joining its sister hotel The George in Shipston-on-Stour.

Since then, more than 20,000 guests have stayed at the hotel while around 15,000 diners have used its restaurant.

Fergusson said he was pleased that the hotel had continued to grow despite the recession and hopes to build again in the coming year.

“We’ve built a good reputation here both for guests of the hotel and our restaurant and bar customers. That’s part of the reason we’ve continued to see success during the tough times,” Fergusson said.

“It would have been very easy to sit still and hope for the best 12 months ago, but we’ve launched new ventures, including The Beauty Rooms at Episode Hotel, which is in-house spa treatment both for guests and non-guests.

“We always look at ways to improve and offer more to our clients and that’s helped us to be resilient.

“The hotel has a loyal customer base and I think that is partly down to the hard-work of our staff and our dedication to high standards.

“This celebration was a way to thank our guests and staff and mark another happy birthday for us.”
