Press Release: Celebrity chef Little holds master class for leading caterers Restaurants at Work

Chefs from two leading catering companies had the chance to learn from one of the best when Alastair Little held a master class in central London.

The celebrity chef presented a number of his signature dishes and passed on advice to teams from Restaurants at Work and Jill Bartlett & Company during the event held at Cyrus Todiwala’s Café Spice Namaste restaurant.

Following the demonstration, self-taught chef Little also took part in a questions and answers session held over lunch created by Todiwala.

Stephen Pilkington, business development director of Restaurants at Work, which along with Jill Bartlett & Company is owned by the Bright Futures Group, said the opportunity to take advantage of Little’s experience was an invaluable one.

He added: “Our team of chefs are constantly on the lookout for new dish ideas and master class events like this are always a great source of inspiration for them.

“Alastair Little has played a major part in raising the profile of modern British cuisine and everyone who attended really enjoyed talking food with him and watching him go to work in the kitchen.”

Restaurants at Work and Jill Bartlett chefs based at Hewitt Associates, Guardian Media, Veolia Environmental Services, Dairy Crest and Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council were among those who took advantage of the master class.
