A leading management and development company has strengthened its management team with the appointment of a Northumberland woman. 
Acua designs and delivers accredited leadership and management programmes for public and private sector organisations across the UK and has appointed Marie Riddell as Business Development Manager for the North East. 
The 50-year-old, who is from Morpeth, will be responsible for developing business across the region.
