Inspirational entrepreneur PY Gerbeau is to headline a top event being held by organisation development experts Acua Limited in London next month.

Having famously turned around the fortunes of the Millennium Dome, Gerbeau has enjoyed nearly ten years as CEO of the largest leisure group in the UK, X-Leisure. He will talk about how recession requires every tier of management to be better at balancing risk during the event on Friday, January 22.

The event at the Institute of Directors’ Pall Mall headquarters is the second installment of the Acua Leadership Series and will focus on how the learning and development world can support innovation in the workplace.

Acua managing director Larraine Boorman said representatives from a host of top organisations have already signed up to attend.
